Flag Football is an often underrated, yet highly entertaining and fast-paced alternative to American football. Characterized by its minimal contact, it requires a great deal of skill and technical proficiency, featuring a plethora of strategic maneuvers such as fake handoffs, pump fakes, and trick plays. It also involves the same intricate route running and offensive/defensive match-ups as its traditional counterpart, making it an exciting and challenging sport for all ages.
